Determination of selected mycotoxins in tea
Pustka, Václav ; Maleček, Miroslav (referee) ; Kuchyňa, Jaroslav (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the development and validation of an analytical method using high performance liquid chromatography method with fluorescence detection for the simultaneous determination of aflatoxins and ochratoxin A in herbal and fruit tea. The theoretical part describes the most common groups of mycotoxins and the most important methods for their determination in food. The great attention is devoted to HPLC method and the overview of the derivatization techniques for aflatoxins B1 and G1 fluorescence response enhancement. The practical part of this study focuses on the optimization of sample extraction and purification, the settings of the instrumental analysis and the photochemical reactor assembly. The thesis also involves the determination of the basic performance characteristics for the successful method validation.

Chromatographic separation of aflatoxin analogues
Moravcová, Dana ; Planeta, Josef ; Lunerová, K. ; Duša, Filip ; Šesták, Jozef ; Kubíček, J. ; Horká, Marie
Three short particle-packed columns (50 x 2.1 mm) were compared for the rapid and efficient chromatographic separation of aflatoxin G1, G2, B1 and B2 analogues.
Rizika plísní a mykotoxinů v chovu zvířat
BOHÁČKOVÁ, Lenka
The aim of this work is to provide information about what toxigenic fungi and mycotoxins are. The mycotoxins were highlighted the most important types of them, the characteristics, biological effects, methods of determining. Aflatoxins are naturally commonly occurring mycotoxins, which are produced by toxigenic filamentous fungi of the genus Aspergillus. These are substances with a very high toxicity. In conclusion, there are described the methods of detection, prevention and decontamination of mycotoxins. The decontamination is carried out by physical, chemical or biological methods.
Porovnání metod stanovení obsahu mykotoxinů v obilninách
Boving, Veronique
In the Bachelor thesis I have dealt with a comparison of methods for determination of mycotoxins in cereals. The first part is a recent survey, in which I described the distribution of mycotoxins, I described the toxigenic fungi and produced mycotoxins. I noted the characteristics of the best-known mycotoxin and described some of the analytical method for the determination of mycotoxins. In the second part I focused on analysis of cereal samples. A total of 12 samples were analyzed by parallel analysis, that should determine the accuracy of the measurement. Analysis was performed using three methods of analysis, and ROSA for ZEA and DON, Reveal Q + for DON DON DON RAPID, Veratox for ZEA and the reference method was HPLC method. Difference was observed in the parallel measurements, the results of mycotoxins analyzed by various methods differed. We can not say which method is more accurate.
